Co-owned Architectural Vacation Homes
Behind Vipp Residences stands a team of developers, architects, designers, administrators and more. This concept of co-owned vacation homes wrapped in bespoke architecture and design is the brainchild of Kasper Egelund. As CEO and 3rd generation co-owner of the Danish family-owned design brand Vipp established in 1939 by his grandfather, Kasper is no newcomer to the field of developing holistic design experiences.
"Our goal is to create a doorway into architectural homes through modern co-ownership. Offering a more sustainable and hassle-free approach to owning vacation homes, we combine expertise, exceptional destinations, and elevated design.”

First Row to the Aegean Sea
A private path leads you down to the seafront deck, where guests can take in the unspoiled views to the greek islands of Hydra and Peloponnese. A dive from the cliffs into the salty sea, unveils an ocean bed covered in white marble cliff stones granting the water its turquoise traits.

Meet The Architect
Sigurd Larsen is the architectural mastermind behind the Kythnos Cliff House. As a coastal sculpture carved from the rugged landscape, the residence is made in dialogue with terrain, wind, sun, and the Aegean sea.
A frequent visitor with abundant experience in property development on the island through his emblematic ‘Piperi House’, Sigurd’s insights into the singular Cycladic culture and architecture are translated into his drawings and choice of materials.
Prestigiously listed on the AD100 architecture list, Sigurd's works cover both residential and commercial buildings with an affinity for intelligently adapting architecture to its context.
